Successful track record in Sales channel development & compulsory understanding of sales process.
Self-driven / Positive attitude Should be target oriented.

Responsibilities & Context:
Capable of Managing 2/3 Districts
Capable of Handling a team of 8/10 persons
Capable of Creating and Handling dealers and sub dealers
Ready to work any where in Bangladesh
Target Achievers and ready to take challenge
Ensure numeric distribution & appoint new dealer on particulate territory.
Ensure regular dealer collection and products lifting.
Ensure brand visibility at particular territory Avail to maintain good communication & follow up with company dealer & others business partner.
Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions.
Develop Sales and Marketing strategy for the company.
On time reporting to supervisor and problem solving capability.
