∎ Proficient in accounting software (Tally), financial analysis, and reporting tools

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and analyze accounting data to provide. financial insights to management.
∎ Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and others.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and local financial laws.
∎ Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks to maintain fiscal health.
∎ Guide and coordinate with accounting staff to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Maintain financial security by following internal controls and performing reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and recommend accounting policies and procedures.
∎ Handle financial discrepancies through analysis and audits.
∎ Study new and existing financial legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
∎ Keep financial information confidential and maintain customer confidence.
