Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

∎ 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the IT industry, preferably in SaaS-based products.
∎ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
∎ Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Familiarity with software product life cycles and IT sales processes.
∎ Experience in selling SaaS products to international markets.
∎ Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising.
∎ Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer data.

∎ Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue targets.
∎ Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses and enterprises, to promote SaaS solutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
∎ Lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.
∎ Develop online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email outreach, and social media engagement.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
