Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
- Age 27 to 38 years

- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the Readymix/Paper mill industry, preferably in based products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all communication channels and touchpoints. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors' branding efforts.
Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in Dhaka, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Munshingonj, Narsingdi, and other industrial areas.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Readymix and Paper materials to manufacturers and traders.
Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding product specifications and applications.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
