Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage House rent, utility bills, land tax, and holding tax for clients.
∎ Land or Flat buy/sale for our respective clients
∎ Looking for new NRB clients to manage their properties and meet sales targets.
∎ Searching for new properties physically and dealing with developers.
∎ Upload property details in Social Media.
∎ Always update property details on the website.
∎ Knowledge of land laws and real estate legal principles.
∎ Field visits are mandatory.
∎ Any other tasks management assigns.
