Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Sales and Marketing Executive Manager, you will be responsible for:
∎ Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
∎ Overseeing Marketing Initiatives: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, PPC, and affiliate marketing, with the goal of increasing brand visibility and driving sales.
∎ Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement to gain a competitive edge.
∎ Customer Return and Refund Management: Implementing and maintaining a robust customer return and refund process to ensure a hassle-free experience for customers while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
∎ Smooth Delivery Service: Ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery service for our customers, coordinating with logistics partners, and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Business Development: Identifying and exploring new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our product/service offerings to drive growth and revenue.
∎ Setting and Achieving Sales Targets: Establishing clear sales targets and performance goals for the sales team, tracking progress, and implementing strategies to exceed targets.
∎ Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing metrics, preparing regular performance reports, and making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and drive sales growth.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Ensuring excellent customer experiences, resolving escalated customer issues related to returns, refunds, and delivery, and building strong customer relationships.
∎ Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing, with a track record of driving significant sales growth and achieving targets.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a motivated team.
∎ Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer behavior.
∎ Experience in developing and managing customer return and refund processes in an e-commerce environment.
∎ Demonstrated experience in coordinating smooth and efficient delivery services.
∎ Proven expertise in business development, including identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
∎ Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools, as well as digital marketing techniques.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
