Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead initiatives to build, implement, and assess strategic sales and marketing campaigns to expand market reach and increase revenue.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, helping shape future strategies.
∎ Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and managing key accounts.
∎ Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by mentoring junior sales team members and conducting regular performance evaluations.
∎ Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
∎ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.
∎ Strong negotiation skills, persuasive communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
∎ Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts effectively.
∎ Knowledge of ERP Software (ERPNEXT), CRM software, sales management tools, and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

∎ Job Description:
