Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting sales records and trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas
∎ Proactively addressing intricate sales enhancement issues that have a potential impact
∎ Assisting management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis
∎ Analyzing business operation to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes
∎ Conducting research on marketing trends and issues, analyze current sales strategies and make recommendations
∎ Developing models and reporting structure that identify cost (by function, process, and fixed variable) per unit (store, order, script other), and identify a baseline for action
∎ Analyzing, evaluating and assessing pricing proposals, analyze and evaluate competitor marketing trends, forecast and project future sales for a business unit.
∎ Preparing reports detailing a variety of conditions in the market to deliver to Supervisor
∎ Interpreting and translating data into valuable information effective for information analysis purpose
∎ Carrying out any other job assigned by Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years

∎ Must have the capacity to work under pressure
∎ Analytical ability and detail-orientation
∎ Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint efficiently
∎ Creative thinking to develop new sales techniques
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver technical information in an easily understood manner
∎ Capability to translate financial and mathematical jargon into explanatory purposes
∎ Strong problem-solving skills effectively
∎ Close attention to detail
∎ The capability of conducting independent research
∎ Demonstration familiarity with budget analysis
