Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze secondary sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for regional and national.
∎ Track KPIs including sales volume, market coverage and sales representatives productivity.
∎ Act as the key liaison between the sales team and IT support for the secondary sales automation app.
∎ Provide first-level support to users for issues related to the app.
∎ Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with internal IT.
∎ Monitor data accuracy and integrity within the system; conduct regular audits and follow-ups.
∎ Support onboarding and training of new users on the app.
