Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire, retain, up-sell, and cross-sell Ocean and Logistic Solutions from, but not limited to, allocated customer portfolio to increase our share of wallet.
∎ To identify customer ocean and logistic needs and requirements, buying criteria and decision makers to prepare solutions that represent a value propositions to the customer and attractive deals for the company.
∎ Ensure good communication with all internal stakeholders to pursue, develop and close-won an ocean and logistic opportunity within your portfolio.
∎ Account Planning and Account Management: Prepare for sales calls/visits, pipeline management and sales guidelines with a disciplined approach, having an achievable objective and a structured agenda.
∎ Own the overall customer relationship for his/her customer portfolio as the primary point of contact. Increase our stakeholder management with customers to maximize service penetration.
∎ Ensure Sales Hygiene as per company's guidelines with timely and correct update of customer opportunities, Calls, potential in our systems.
∎ Effectively handover of the "closed-won" opportunities to Customer Service, Operations and Finance; through timely and correct update of contract rates, terms and conditions in line with the pre-defined procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Who we are looking for
∎ 7 to 8 years of experience working in logistic companies or in Logistic areas.
∎ Sales experience in Logistic operators, intermodal, warehousing and distribution, Supply Chain, 3PL, 4PL, is an advantage.
∎ Strong understanding of customer drivers needs and requirements, market and product knowledge.
∎ Capability to identify possible logistic needs and propose solutions for customers.
∎ University studies completed
∎ Have clear Sales process Management and pipeline mindset through CRM systems.
∎ Personal Characteristics:
∎ Ability to build trusted relationships and solid rapport with Key Stakeholders in Customers' Organization.
∎ Leverage internal and external relationships to expand
∎ business opportunities for Maersk
∎ Business acumen and strategic thinking. Establish account strategy and account management.
∎ Fast to learn new things, and adaptable to changes, teamwork and cross functional collaboration.
∎ Ability to leverage internal and external financial data to build winning strategies and understand account economics.
∎ Sense of urgency and strong drive for world class performance.
