• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in Chemical / Petroleum / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university. Diploma with long time experience of relevant field can be acceptable.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Fuel/Petroleum

• Only Male

• 1-3 years experience in the related field. Sound knowledge on fire safety engineering, occupational health, safety & environment will get preference. Fresh engineering graduates can be applied.

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Safety Supervisor - HSE" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.

• Conduct orientation and training of employees to motivate them regarding safety, occupational health and hazardous waste management.
• Ensure permit to work process are adhered and followed properly in the organization.
• Enforce safe work practice.
• Correct unsafe condition.
• Investigate workplace accidents.
• Report to the site management any unsafe practice and unsafe conditions in the workplace.
• Instruct workers to improve safety performance in the details of the work they perform.
• Develop and implement company programs and policies as they relate to the safety.
• Interpret and provide information on laws, regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee training of complete risk management assessments.
• Conduct regular toolbox meeting.
• Any other job assigned by the top management.
