∎ Graduation/Masters/MBA from any reputed university
∎ 3rd Class/Division or CGPA below 2.25 out of 4.00 or CGPA below 2.82 out of 5.00 in any examination will not be allowed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing / appraisal of Credit proposals forwarded by Business units/ Branches.
∎ Identification and assessment of credit risk & probable mitigates.
∎ Preparing Credit memo for Management, CRMC and Board, i.e. competent authority of Bank as per DLA.
∎ Monitoring and follow-up of exception, conditions, limit utilizations, overdue, expired credit, client & Factory visit (as per requirement), Account strategy etc. as per allocation of portfolio.
∎ Ensuring compliance on credit related regulations.
∎ Portfolio monitoring and review of allocated accounts
∎ Identify/Monitoring of non-performing account(s), raising Early Alert & delinquent asset accounts within assigned portfolio and initiate timely measures.
∎ Maintain and consistently apply Bank's Credit Policy, Credit Instruction Manual and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Reporting / reply to Audit teams (both external & internal), respond to Bangladesh Bank letters, etc.
∎ Special / Other Assignment related to CRM: As decided by the HoCRM/ Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience as Risk Manager in CRM Division
∎ The incumbent must be well conversant with Credit related guidelines/ regulations imposed by regulatory authorities
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel/ E-mail handling etc.).
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate)
