Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.
∎ MBA from Marketing/ Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance.
∎ Ensure the Retails Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
∎ Train, develop and succession of results driven associates.
∎ Prepare and administer timely and accurate performance appraisals for each member of the store team.
∎ Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business
∎ Monitor customer flow to maximize sales and customer's satisfaction
∎ Control and process of both incoming and outgoing product/materials
∎ Achieve all Inventory and Shrink goals; oversee and manage Physical Inventory counts.
∎ Communicate, manage and execute all sales driven initiatives according to all Policies & Procedures.
∎ Accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk/POS system with proper operation
∎ Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing for all products are meet or exceed PUMA standards.
∎ Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner.
∎ Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Store Associates and Customers
∎ Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, holidays may be required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience in any branded outlet out of which 1-2 years in similar field.
∎ Proven experience from any international branded outlet such as PUMA, Adidas, Zaara, H&M, etc. will be preferred
∎ Team player, independent, can-do attitude, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Commitment to an understanding of DBL Group core values and principles
∎ Strong ability to motivate employees for ensuring outstanding performance.
∎ People oriented, progressive with a strong ethical and moral integrity.
∎ Well mannered, well behaved.
