∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): retail Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily sales activities of all outlets.
∎ Set category wise salesman & update sales technique on regular basis.
∎ Train Show Room Manager & Sales Man about product display.
∎ Check price tag, signboard, light, glass, floor, cash counter & cleanness as part of regular task.
∎ Have to monitor size gap & take initiative to fill up after sale.
∎ Check stock & store room.
∎ Stock reconciliation on monthly basis.
∎ Every day sales & deposit checking.
∎ Product movements follow up as per supply circle.
∎ Prepare daily sales report & monitor sales team activities.
∎ Have to ensure achieving sales target as per company policy.
∎ Assist audit team & reporting higher management as and when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in retail sales specially in footwear sector are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
