Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
Deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience
Assist customers with product selection using solution-based selling
Handle customer queries, objections and complaints professionally
Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Maintain strong product knowledge (features, pricing, promotions)
Support implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness and tagging
Assist in stock handling, replenishment and inventory checks
Support POS/billing operations and ensure smooth store functioning
