Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and promote the retail center to achieve profitability objectives
∎ Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
∎ Sound knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Promotion and changing trends
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Use Research & Market intelligence data to provide competitive edge to the business
∎ Working closely with dealers, sub dealers, retailers.
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
∎ Take prompt action to resolve all customer issues & complaints if any

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as a retail sales representative, Sales associate, Brand promoter or similar role in any showroom will be given preference.
∎ experience preferred from following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Retail Store preferred
