Job Context:
∎ Operation Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at Hotel/Restaurant, day-to-day staff management and guest.
∎ He/She will provide leadership and strategic to all departments in support of our corporate service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
∎ Report to Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures maximum level of service and satisfaction in the area of Food and Beverage that is achieved and maintained.
∎ Sets goals and priorities for Food and Beverage Manager, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
∎ Assists in reviewing food costs to recommends menu changes and price changes.
∎ Constantly assures that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed in order to provide outstanding service to all guests.
∎ Occasionally develops develops promotional plans to obtain long and short-term goals.
∎ Conduct daily or weekly service sales contests.
∎ Menu planning & Banquet arrangement.
∎ Quality check of raw materials and cooked food.
∎ Control of wastages.
∎ Follow food and safety regulations.
∎ Manage on going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met.
∎ Corporate Client Handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
∎ Assist with selection, training and development of all restaurant team members.
∎ Answers guests inquiries, handle complaints and attend to the needs of the guests.
∎ Plan for roasting work.
∎ Work with procurement for ensure supplies of right items.
∎ Ensure all the compliance & hygienic factors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills needed.
Salary: Negotiable
