∎ Ability to hire, train, manage and schedule staff.
∎ Extensive knowledge of liquor, Suits tending and service protocols.
∎ Extensive knowledge of trends and social media.
∎ Solid organizational skills and facility with budgets, inventories and negotiating prices with vendors.
∎ Great sales skills and talent for developing promotions or new products.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruit, interview, hire and train Hotel staff.
∎ Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns.
∎ Contribute to creating bar menus with co-manager.
∎ Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations.
∎ Maintain restaurant reservation system.
∎ Execute on site catering events.
∎ Coordinate & execute special events, marketing event's, fundraiser etc.
∎ Help meet or exceed budgeted financial targets.
∎ MUST be familiar/savvy with social media and current trends.
∎ Maintains operations policies and standard operating procedures.
∎ Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements.
∎ Building relationships with preferred patrons.
∎ Maintains safe and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining maintenance and general operations of the restaurant.
