∎ Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.
∎ Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and meets resort standards.
∎ Manage guest interactions, resolve complaints, and handle special requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation.
∎ Help with staff training and development.
∎ Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
∎ Monitor sales and assist with cost control to meet financial goals.
∎ Marketing Promote the restaurant, establish its unique selling proposition, and adopt the right marketing strategies to attract customers.
∎ Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
