Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the activities of restaurant service staff.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and quickly resolve any complaints.
∎ Schedule shifts for waiters and allocate daily responsibilities.
∎ Monitor food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
∎ Operate services according to the instructions of the restaurant manager.
∎ Keep the table and dining area clean and tidy.
∎ Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
