Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and control costs
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all restaurant functions
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures
Staff Management
Recruit, train, and develop kitchen and front-of-house staff
Create staff schedules and assign daily responsibilities
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback
Foster a positive work environment and resolve staff conflicts
Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement strategies
Customer Service
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively
