Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to deliver timely and quality service.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Staff Supervision and Development

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant personnel.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.

Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Collect feedback and use it to improve service quality.

Financial and Inventory Control

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

Marketing and Promotion

• Collaborate with marketing teams or agencies to plan promotions and events.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage online presence and customer reviews.
