Job Location: SICHO Arena (Near Shangkar Hat Bazar, Abdul Karim Road, Bahir Signal, Chattogram.)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
  • Effectively manage the restaurant.
  • Dynamically manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the brand.
  • Provide direction to shift leaders and staff to ensure smooth operation and achieve company’s goals.
  • Consistently monitor the operation and deal with staff to identify any problem and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engagement to understand guests and their needs.
  • Ensure high standards in food quality, maintain safety & cleanliness and top-notch catering service with the compliance of health hygiene and local rules & regulations.
  • Consistently monitor product and labor and running costs to remain within budget.
  • Train and coach staff on ‘Guest services principles and practices’.
  • To ensure proper dealing with related authorities for smooth functioning of credit facilities/renewal etc.
  • Supervising WIP Valuation and Closing Stock.
  • To supervise cash counting and to take corrective action on finding any discrepancy.
  • Manage timely completion of month-end financial close.
  • Monitor and maintain the POS System.
  • Assist in new menu implementation.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement.
  • Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints are required.
  • Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary.
  • Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
