Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service and achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets.
∎ Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.
∎ Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
∎ Conduct regular operations meeting with all respective personnel to discuss operational matters, departmental performance targets vs achievement and guest feedback.
∎ Responsible for resolve day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the restaurants.
∎ Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
∎ Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, cleanliness, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
∎ Responsible for preparing detailed reports on Staff Management, Food Inventory, Sales Performance, and Stock Levels on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, and submitting these reports to the appropriate authorities.
∎ Responsible for Planning the outlet’s Menus, Manpower, and Food Costing.
∎ Any other tasks as/when assigned by the management.
