  • Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service and achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets.

  • Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.

  • Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.

  • Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.

  • Conduct regular operations meeting with all respective personnel to discuss operational matters, departmental performance targets vs achievement and guest feedback.

  • Responsible for resolve day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the restaurants.

  • Maximize financial opportunities and achieve pro-active up-selling environment throughout the restaurants.

  • Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.

  • Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, cleanliness and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.

  • Responsible for preparing detailed reports on Staff Management, Food Inventory, Sales Performance, and Stock Levels on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, and submitting these reports to the appropriate authorities.

  • Responsible for Planning the outlets Menus, Manpower and Food Costing.

  • Any other tasks as/when assign by the management.
