Responsibilities & Context:
Greetings and escort customers to their tables.
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
Serve food and drink orders.
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.
Follow all relevant health department regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure that all orders are accurately and promptly delivered to customers.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Serve coffee and other beverages and maintain the hyenic environment in coffee station.
Mix and serve drinks, manage bar inventory and engage with customers.
