Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate daily front of the house & back of the house restaurant operations.
∎ Deliver superior service & maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond efficiently & accurately to customer complaints.
∎ Regularly review product quality & research new vendors.
∎ Organize & supervise shifts.
∎ Appraise staff performance & provide feedback to improve productivity.
∎ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils & cleaning products.
∎ Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations.
∎ Manages restaurants good image & suggest ways to improve it.
∎ Control operation costs and identity measures to cut waste.
∎ Create detailed report on weekly monthly & annual revenues & expenses.
∎ Promote the brain in the local community through word-of-mouth & restaurant events.
∎ Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts & social media ads).
∎ Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices.
∎ Implement policies & protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Smart and strong command in English language (Verbal& written).
∎ Business Development Management.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing, etc).
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills.
∎ Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ Excellent client relationship and creative services.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
