Gulshan Club Limited is looking for a Rest House Manager who is smart, energetic, and experienced in the field of hotel management. Gulshan Clun Ltd maintains a guest house of 41 rooms of five-star standards. An appointment will be awarded to a deserving applicant immediately.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that a comfortable, clean, safe and well managed environment is maintained at all times in the club guest house.
- Carry out and/or supervise all tasks efficiently and as required at international standards for a residence.
- Be responsible for all actives and events held in the guest house.
- Coordinate with all staff to ensure that the daily operations in the guest house are execute properly.
- Oversee the maintenance of the guest house, assign orders to subordinates and follow up on them.
- Prepare and place the duty roster for support staff and provide any guidance as required.
- Resolve disputes and complaints with the guest’s/boarders.
- Maximize efforts to raise revenue by controlling room inventory, group blocking, packages, up- selling, adhering to late charge and double occupancy policies etc.
- Identify training needs, develop and manage performance.
- Establish a clear communication practice within the department.
- Treat guests to the heights care to earn their satisfaction of save with our club rest house.
- Be prepare to undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as may assigned by the management according to the needs of the club.
