Job Responsibilities:
∎ With support from HRCo or RB Advisor:
∎ Prevention
∎ RB Roadmap
∎ Developing Mission RB Roadmap and ensuring implementation with a RB Action Plan Calendar
∎ Context monitoring and analysis, receiving feedback from staff, to adjust RB Roadmap & Action Plan achieve the mission’s vision on behaviour
∎ Content, briefings & awareness raising
∎ Developping/updating content for all staff briefings (LRS + IMS)
∎ Leading briefing sessions as per briefing matrix (LRS + IMS) and following up after established delayDevelopping/updating content for sensitization sessions (baseline & refresher), ensuring relevance and context appropriateness, and facilitating them or providing support to facilitators
∎ Physically visit staff in their workplace to build trust, relationships and provide accessible support
∎ Ensuring proper mission-wide planning of the sensitization sessions and track progress
∎ As the RB subject matter expert, develops and disseminates context-specific awareness raising, learning and/or visual materials, collaborating with L&D team where applicable.
∎ Technical support on RB
∎ Provide technical support to HR team members involved in projects that have a RB component (e.g. L&D and induction & onboarding or performance management; or Admin & recruitment)
∎ Reporting/feedback channels
∎ Establish and ensure robustness of processes/mechanisms for receiving, recording and escalating RB/safeguarding feedback/concerns through various channels.
∎ Responsible Behaviour Focal Points & Support Network
∎ Supervises the overall engagement of RB Focal Points including selection, onboarding and functional support/feedback.
∎ Coordinate/participate in RB Support Network & Workshop as per RB Roadmap
∎ Collaboration, mutualisation & networking
∎ Liaise with other RBU and RB/safeguarding responsibles in HQ/other OCs/other NGOs to exchange experiences, common challenges and best practices
∎ Compile an inventory of local support services (ex. specific for sexual abuse or rape) to be made available if needed to staff.
∎ Response & case management
∎ Receive complaints:
∎ Receive complaint as a reporting channel, provide guidance, and, if needed, escalate the complaint
∎ First line response:
∎ Guide employees on complaint-related concerns when needed
∎ Liaise with Staff Health Unit team when necessary for psychosocial support
∎ Case management:
∎ Provide briefings/trainings for case managers on case management.
∎ Provide support to case managers for translation or insights into RB & workplace culture (but is not involved directly in investigations of final decision making)
∎ Provide feedback from staff to HRCo/RB Advisor on case management to continuously improve the procedures
∎ Reporting, data & confidentiality
∎ Supporting case managers to ensure proper reporting, data management of RB-case-related information and
∎ Ensure confidentiality is maintained
∎ Establish key performance indicators to track progress towards the mission RB vision
