Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and front office
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
Plan and implement marketing and guest engagement strategies
