Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Technical Institute/University, preferably, B.Sc. Engineer

∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Brief introduction of HOPE Foundation: CCDB HOPE Foundation is a sister organization of CCDB which is governed by a 5 member Board of Trustee Members since its inception 01 July 2007. The primary goal of the foundation is to cater to the human resources development needs of the development organizations both in the public and private sectors including NGOs in Bangladesh through providing with all kinds of modern training and residential facilities in its large green complex at Baroipara, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ To cope with the growing demands of its various clients, the foundation is in urgent need of creating more residential facilities with modern amenities following an approved architectural design for construction of a modern multi-storied dormitory building on a designated piece of land within the existing complex.
∎ Given the above the foundation is urgently looking for hiring a full-time Residential Construction Supervision Engineer at the above complex on Yearly Contract.
∎ To Provide technical supports for supervision, estimation, procurement, monitoring, reporting and checking of all relevant documents to comply with the requirements of multi-storied dormitory building construction.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of designed documents and to ensure that the quality of the construction is in accordance with the design and quality of the materials as per the specifications given in the tender during the construction period.
∎ Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the Manager of the complex.
∎ Regularly update construction progress to the Board of Trustees and Manager.
∎ Prepare quarterly progress reports with pictures and any specific instructions given to the construction contractor.
∎ Keep detailed construction logs.
∎ Ensure that the construction is completed on time and within the budget.
∎ Prepare a final report on completion of the construction work along with a financial summary of the budgeted costs and actual costs along with the estimated and actual quantity of used materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 2 projects (15,000 sft) handover experiences.
∎ Pleasing personality with public relation skills.
∎ Sincere and honest to dealing with colleagues, stakeholders and guests/venue users.
∎ Willing to go extra miles.
∎ HR & Gender sensitive.
∎ Have the experience of Computer Operation (MS Word and Excel), Auto CAD (Computer Aided Design).
∎ Have experience to drive motorcycles with valid license
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
