•  Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) preferably with post graduate degree/training.

• At least 5 years

• Age 40 to 50 years

• More than 5 years’ Experience in hospital administration/ management.

• Should have excellent communication & coordination skills.

• Should be energetic and polite in manner with a positive personality.

Job Location: Impact Hospital & Diagnostic Center, Chuadanga.

Job Responsibilities

• He will ensure smooth running of a hospital 24hrs x 7 days.

• Provide oversight on the quality of services rendered by the doctors, nurses and other paramedical staff including pathology and Radiology.

• Oversee the professional development and training needs of all staff in the hospital, and the development of relevant policies, standards, and protocols.

• Ensure proper assessment and management including mediations to all pre and post-operative patients in the hospital.

• He will supervise and assign duties and responsibilities to all medical staff of the hospital and ensure their efficient and effective functioning in achieving desired goals and objectives.

• He will treat patients in outdoor and indoor at the hospital and satellite clinics.

• He will plan and implement all medical activities (monthly, six-monthly, annually) as per the need of the hospital in consultation with IFB Head-office and his colleague in the hospital.

• He will prepare monthly surgical schedule for Eye, ENT, Orthopedic, Plastic surgeries, and ensure timely implementation of the schedule.

• He will ensure that consultants, anesthetists and medical supplies are always available to run the hospital.

• He will assist surgeons in the Operation Theatre.
