Job Context

Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, Dhaka — a modern, multi-disciplinary healthcare and diagnostic center — is seeking a dedicated and qualified Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to ensure smooth medical operations, patient management, and clinical supervision. The RMO will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of patient care and supporting consultants in day-to-day hospital activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide continuous medical care and monitoring for admitted patients.

• Assist consultants during ward rounds, surgeries, and critical cases.

• Attend and manage emergency cases promptly and efficiently.

• Ensure proper documentation of patient history, diagnosis, and treatment progress.

• Supervise nursing and paramedical staff to maintain clinical standards.

• Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments for test and treatment updates.

• Prepare daily patient reports and communicate with senior doctors.

• Ensure infection control and hygiene standards across wards and operation areas.

• Handle patient counseling and relatives’ queries in a professional manner.

• Ensure round-the-clock readiness for emergency and critical cases.

• As per company policy.
