Saidpur's renowned Al Muakhkhir Specialized Hospital. A self-contained and modern diagnostic center and pharmacy (24-hour service) established and managed by doctors is recruiting for the posts of Nursing Metron on an urgent basis for 20 bed specialized Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Providing expert clinical advice, leading by example, and empowering nurses to improve care.

• Quality Assurance: Monitoring clinical practice against policies, ensuring high standards of hygiene, nutrition, and patient safety (e.g., reducing infections).

• Staff Management: Supervising Charge Nurses/Sisters, managing staffing levels, and supporting staff training.

• Visibility: Ensuring a visible and accessible presence in wards to support patients, families, and staff.

• Operational Management: Managing resources, budgets, and environmental standards (cleanliness).

• Complaints Handling: Resolving problems, concerns, and complaints from patients and their relatives.
