Responsibilities & Context:

Sayedpur's renowned Al Muakhkhir Specialized Hospital. A self-contained and modern diagnostic center and pharmacy (24-hour service) established and managed by doctors, is recruiting for the posts of Assistant Manager(HR & Admin) on an urgent basis.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative personnel.

  • Liaise with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define candidate profiles.

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all new employees are briefed on hospital policies and HR procedures.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, contracts, and benefits.

  • Conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and provide recommendations for retention.

  • Assist in payroll preparation including overtime, night duty, leave, on-call duties, and attendance adjustments.

  • Participate in salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises for hospital staff.

  • Ensure the hospital remains compliant with all local labor laws and healthcare industry regulations regarding working hours, contracts, and staff credentials.

  • Maintain the Hospital Information System (HIS) with up-to-date employee data.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment status for senior management.

  • Perform any other task assigned by the manager from time to time.
