Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Must be experience with air ticket reservation & issuance (GDS: Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
- Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Messenger)
- Good communication & customer-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp & Facebook
Provide accurate travel information, fare rules & route suggestions
Manage booking confirmation, reissue, refund, void
Maintain client database & daily sales report
Ensure excellent customer service and problem-solving
Coordinate with airlines & vendors
