Additional Requirements:

Strong command of GDS systems, fare calculation and ticketing process.
Accuracy in fare rules, itinerary building and PNR handling.
Familiar with airline policies, IATA procedures and travels documentation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage flight reservations, fare searches and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
Process reissues, refunds, cancellations and itinerary modifications promptly.
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm travel details, itineraries and booking oprions.
Maintain updated booking logs, supplier invoices and ticket issuance records.
Communicate with airlines and other partners for fare support, seat confirmation and group bookings.
Follow company guidelines for pricing, commissions and refund processes.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare changes and promotional offers.
