Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Social Science discipline

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic researcher willing to take challenge in the field of human rights with specific attention to the marginalized and excluded groups in Bangladesh under a project.
∎ Job location: Dhaka, but will be required to travel extensively in the project areas throughout the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct survey and research activities of the project in coordination with other relevant staff.
∎ Participate in investigation missions.
∎ Participate in data processing and analysis, writing, editing and translation.
∎ Participate in training as a resource.
∎ Assist in resource management including dissemination of knowledge resource.
∎ Assist in organizing central repository and community repositories.
∎ Assist in preparing reports for donors and NGO Affairs Bureau.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least four years in research and writing (data analysis, documentation, field supervision, field work, interviewing, report writing, editing, research design/analysis, survey design/planning, survey, transcription, etc.)
∎ Special instruction: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Maximum BDT 50,000.00 after confirmation.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two yearly festival bonuses that is equivalent to one-month pay.
