Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Master of Social Science (MSS)

• At least 4 years

• Readiness to travel extensively throughout the project locations in the north-centre and south-east of the country.

• Excellent language and communication skills (English and Bangla).

• Team building and management skills.

• Knowledge of logical framework and Terms of Reference (ToR).

• Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

• Experience Requirements:  At least four years in conduct of training, project monitoring and evaluation, report writing (for donor and NGO Affairs Bureau), team management, communication, etc.

Program and resource officer willing to take challenge in the field of human rights with the forest, forest communities and climate change under a 42-month project.

Job location: Dhaka but will be required to travel extensively in the project locations.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Organize trainings, workshops, consultations, conventions and dialogues.

• Closely monitor works of research and investigation teams and assist where required.

• Develop dissemination and communication strategies (physical and online).

• Disseminate knowledge resources among the targets.

• Monitor implementation of project activities.

• Prepare reports for donors and NGO Affairs Bureau.

• Work closely with programme director to make sure project activities are implemented in time.

• Knowledge of writing project proposal.

• Salary Range: Maximum BDT 55,000.00 after confirmation

• Other Benefits: Two yearly festival bonuses that is equivalent to one-month pay.
