Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Bank Management/Finance/Accounting/Economics from any reputed local or foreign university
∎ Acquainted with primary/secondary research technique
∎ Must have good knowledge about the secondary sources
∎ Good command over statistics, econometrics, and strategic management/planning
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Physically fit for extensive and frequent field visit with a short notice
∎ Strong English communication skills (both oral and written)

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a robust business analytics platform that can perform descriptive, disgonistoc, predictive and prescritive analytics to support decision making recommendations by the other R&D Units and SBUs of the Bank;
∎ Collecting Quantitative and Qualitative data from both online and offline sources;
∎ Organizing the collected data;
∎ Creating, administering and safekeeping of Databases;
∎ Disseminating the data as and when required within and outside the Department;
∎ Providing statistical analysis with both historical data as well as primary data collected through survey;
∎ Constructing robust and dynamic reporting infrastructure augmenting strategic management decisions;
∎ Providing Analytical guidance on optimal utilization of internal customer base of the Bank for Cross Sale with a combination of Quantitative and Qualitative approach to improve business volumes, restricting delinquencies and reduce cost;
∎ Assisting management in Credit Loss forecasting and for maintaining adequate Loan Loss Reserve (LLR) to keep the default loss at tolerable level;
∎ Other Studies conforming to the Fundamental Objectives of this Unit. For example, assisting in publishing Annual Report and quarterly business magazine of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Moderate skill in statistical & econometric software
∎ Good command over Financial Modeling using Excel.
∎ Knowledge about Simulation
