Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Bank Management/Finance/Accounting/Economics from any reputed local or foreign university
∎ Acquainted with primary/secondary research technique
∎ Must have good knowledge about the secondary sources
∎ Good command over statistics, econometrics, and strategic management/planning
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Physically fit for extensive and frequent field visit with a short notice
∎ Strong English communication skills (both oral and written)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct feasibility study of new locations for establishing Branch/Sub-Branch/ATM booth/Service Kiosks;
∎ Analyze the performance of the existing non-performing channels for merging, reallocating and discontinuing channel(s) to minimizing the revenue leakage;
∎ Analyze the performance of existing performing channels in line with the latent and future business opportunities at their command areas for business targets rationalization;
∎ Other Studies conforming to the Fundamental Objectives of this Unit. For example, assisting in publishing Annual Report and quarterly publication of the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Moderate skill in statistical & econometric software
∎ Good command over Financial Modeling using Excel.
∎ Some knowledge about 'Simulation' would be plus
