DevResonance Ltd. is a prominent development research and management consulting firm based in Bangladesh, established in 2015.

With a focus on social research and technical assistance, it supports both national and international organizations in the implementation and evaluation of development programs.

DevResonance excels in conducting rigorous impact assessments, baseline studies, and policy research, utilizing a blend of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

The organization is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for marginalized communities by providing evidence-based insights and facilitating effective policy implementation.

DevResonance is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our social research team as a Senior Research Officer (SRO). The role involves quantitative and qualitative data management and analysis, drafting research reports, and providing support to senior consultants and subject matter specialists across various research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write research proposals and develop survey tools.
• Create ODK forms using KoBo or other statistical data collection platforms.
• Prepare data analysis plans.
• Perform quality checks and ensure quality assurance of data collection and data cleaning.
• Analyze survey data using SPSS/STATA; conduct qualitative data analysis using NVIVO, AtlasTi, or other statistical tools.
• Compile qualitative information and draft reports.
• Assist the field team, focusing on skill development for junior team members and interns.
• Manage the team and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• DevResonance seeks an Assistant Accounts cum Admin Officer with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a development or research organization. Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
• High-level computer literacy is expected.
• Priority given to residents near the DevResonance office.
