Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have Bachelor and Masters in Economics, Development Studies, Women and Gender Studies, Disaster Science and Management, Anthropology, Sociology or other related subjects under the domain of social sciences from a reputed UGC approved national or international university with decent CGPA in both Bachelor's and Master's examinations.
∎ Any related training or publication will be extra credentials.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the preparation of literature reviews, developing research tools, data collection, and analysis.
∎ Develop research reports, policy briefs, concept notes, research proposals according to EoI/RFP for Govt. and Non-Govt. Agencies.
∎ Provide training and support to the enumerators for field and remote research activities.
∎ Visiting the field to monitor data collection and provide active support in the process.
∎ Play an active role in field-based and remote research design and planning, including focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and household surveys.
∎ Organizing and maintaining files for all data, sources of verification, and supporting documents as required by project and donors
∎ Assist in organizing various knowledge-sharing events and liaising with donors and stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate project implementation and maintaining communication with clients and team members of Datascape.
∎ Eloquence in writing editorial, study essay, research paper on given topics, social media expression, drafting documents and news release etc.
∎ Managing project deadlines.
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant work experience of 1-2 years in research center/ development organization/ academia/ NGO/ INGO
∎ Technical Job Requirement:
∎ Good command over written and spoken English and Bangla
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Experienced in report and proposal preparation
∎ Necessary technical and computer based expertise to perform the description of the Job
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival bonuses and other admissible benefits as per the organization's policy. No bonus will provide during probation period.
