Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Research and Development, Garments Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee organizations ongoing operation and procedures.
∎ Develop and make samples as per customers' requirements.
∎ Develop recipes for production.
∎ Make pre-production samples for washing.
∎ Develop new products to gain competitive advantage in the market.
∎ Take initiatives to bring cost efficiency in the entire production processes.
∎ To build a performance culture in the company through guidance, regular training and monitoring to the concern team mates.
∎ Ensure samples quality as per customers' standard and follow all sorts of compliance standards of customers.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
