  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Social Science, Business Administration, or Law)

  • Postgraduate degree will be an advantage

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compliance management in the RMG/garment manufacturing industry

  • Experience in handling buyer audits (such as BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, RSC, Nirapon, etc.)

  • Prior experience in EPZ-based factories will be preferred

  • Age: 28 to 40 years

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended 2018), EPZ Labor Act, and international compliance standards

  • Familiarity with buyer codes of conduct.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesLeadership qualities and team management skills

  • Willingness to work in Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international buyer codes of conduct, and factory regulations

  • Conduct regular internal audits and implement corrective action plans

  • Coordinate and facilitate buyer audits, third-party audits, and government inspections

  • Monitor and ensure workplace safety, fire safety, building safety, and environmental compliance

  • Maintain proper documentation including personnel files, attendance records, wage records, and policy manuals

  • Train workers and management on compliance requirements, workplace rights, and safety procedures

  • Investigate and resolve worker grievances and maintain effective worker-management communication

  • Monitor working hours, overtime, and leave management to ensure legal compliance

  • Ensure proper implementation of health and safety protocols in the factory

  • Prepare monthly compliance reports and communicate with buyers regarding compliance matters

  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and buyer requirements

  • Coordinate with relevant government departments and regulatory bodies
