∎ Master's degree in a relevant discipline (such as Public Health/Social Science/Statistics/ Anthropology /Epidemiology/ Development Studies) or any other relevant subject from a reputed university.

Job Context:
∎ Employee group (Full time/Part-time/Limited/ Temporary/Consultant): Consultant
∎ Schedule (hours/days): 37.5 hours in a week starting from Sunday through Thursday
∎ Job Summary: This short-term consultant will provide technical support with his/her expertise in the review, analysis, and preparation of formative research reports using the field data in both qualitative and quantitative. Field data collectors will collect field information (approximately 600 face-to-face interviews using the intervention arm and control arm) with the help of project staff using a structured questionnaire. The consultant will also be responsible for data management, transcribing the qualitative data, and coding
∎ The time frame for this Assignment: The number of person-days allocated is 45 working days.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
∎ Monitor and supervise the implementation plan
∎ Provide training to data collectors for both qualitative and quantitative tools
∎ Oversee field data collection activities, identify areas of improvement, and provide necessary assistance as and when required
∎ Analyzing the data in different dimensions based on the needs of report preparation
∎ Interpret data and prepare the report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound professional knowledge and work experience in child marriage in Bangladesh will be given preference
∎ Statistical analysis skills and strong proficiency with data analysis packages such as STATA, SPSS, and qualitative data analysis
∎ Proven experience in conducting Baseline or end line assessments and evaluations
∎ Strong experience and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and sampling strategies
∎ at least 3 years of relevant experience.
∎ Language Skills Must be excellent in English and Bangla is required.
