Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
2–4 years of experience in student counseling or related field.
Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
Knowledge of visa processing will be an advantage.
Based in Dhaka or willing to relocate
Provide expert guidance and counseling to students/clients regarding academic, career, or service-related decisions.
Assess individual needs and recommend suitable programs, institutions, or solutions.
Handle complex or high-priority cases with professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain strong relationships with students/clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust.
Supervise and support junior counselors, including training, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
Ensure all counseling processes comply with organizational policies and ethical standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., universities, service providers) for smooth processing.
Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Track and follow up on applications, cases, or client progress until completion.
Resolve escalations, complaints, or issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain detailed records and reports of counseling activities and outcomes.
Contribute to achieving team targets, KPIs, and organizational goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, policies, and new opportunities relevant to counseling services.
Participate in seminars, workshops, or promotional events when required.Manage and monitor official social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create and share engaging content related to student success stories, visa updates, and educational opportunities.
Develop creative post ideas to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
Analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, leads) and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with current social media trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
Ensure all posted content aligns with the organization’s brand voice and compliance policies.
Generate ideas for reels/videos, including student testimonials, office activities, and counseling tips.
Share informative posts ( application deadlines, scholarship opportunities, visa success tips).
Create awareness posts about different study destinations and career pathways.
