Responsibilities & Context:

Bangaj is a Dhaka based NGO, operating Micro-credit in Khilgaon and Mirpur, Dhaka as per rules of MRA.

For improvement of the microcredit programme and organisational activities, we are looking for an skill, energetic, honest and efficient manager.

Key responsibilities of this position are-

• Micro credit programme monitoring

• Micro credit software management

• Programme Management as per MRA rules and regulation

• Loanee selection, loan distribution and ensure 100% recovery.

• Weekly, monthly, quarterly programme reporting

• Branch and staff management and monitoring and reporting

• Accounts keeping and Banking

• VAT return submission

• Office, HR and Asset management

• All other organisational and donors works
