Experience:

• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Business Studies (MBS)

Training Preference:

• Training on Micro-credit Management

• Training in advanced computer literacy

• Training on Tax and VAT

• Training Bookkeeping and accounts management

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Micro-Credit

• Age At least 33 years

Bangaj is a Dhaka-based NGO operating Microcredit in Dhaka as per the rules of MRA.

For improvement of the microcredit programme and organisational activities, we are looking for a skilled, energetic, honest, and efficient Manager cum Accountant.

Key responsibilities of this position are-

• Micro credit programme monitoring

• Data entry and management of microcredit and accounting software (online and offline)

• Programme Management as per MRA rules and regulation

• Loanee selection, loan distribution, and ensure 100% recovery.

• Weekly, monthly, quarterly programme and financial reporting

• Branch and staff management, monitoring, and reporting

• Accounting and Banking

• VAT return submission

• Office, HR, and Asset management

• Legal support: Tax, RJSC return Submission

• Supports programme implementation and research for DevResonance and assists with other organizational work.
