Additional Qualification:

• The incumbent must have knowledge and understanding of climate change, disaster risk vulnerability assessment , and hydrologic and hydraulic processes.

Added Advantage will be given to those who have the following:

• One year of experience working in the field of Water Resources, River Morphology, and Climate Change;

• Experience working on several projects at a time with a team of multidisciplinary professionals;

• Professionals, especially those working at CEGIS, will get preference;

• Skill in report writing and communication;

• Skill in programming with Python or relevant subjects;

• Have experience using tools like ArcGIS, Delft 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, or other water resources modeling tools, added advantage.

Other Conditions:

• Candidates selected must have a commitment to serve CEGIS for a longer duration;

• Age must not exceed 32 years as of the last date of application submission (Age limit will be relaxed for the candidate working in CEGIS);

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude;

• The incumbent must have a mindset to work in a team;

• Must be able to carry out multi-tasking activities and extensive fieldwork and readiness to work under pressure.
